Arc Inspirations are a leading multi-site concept bar business in the North of England. They have appointed us to many projects across multiple business areas. This case study focuses on our work to facilitate the strategy of moving from 6 concepts to 3 core roll-out brands and focus growth around a cluster approach to maximise operational efficiencies and retain the winning company culture.

We worked to review the business, it's ways of working, concepts, structures and competitors, then through a series of workshops defined a strategy for growth, challenging current thinking and ensuring the key team were all aligned.

The business has subsequently grown extensively to 19 sites and geographically across major cities in the North of England.
