We were engaged by Hilton Hotels & Resorts to develop the F&B strategy for Hampton by Hilton across EMEA, covering 150 hotels and a robust pipeline of future openings.

This comprehensive strategic initiative aimed to modernise and simplify the F&B offer, streamline the brand’s core proposition and align it with Hampton’s globally evolved positioning. The ultimate goal was to enhance guest satisfaction, improve cost controls and operational efficiencies and position Hampton by Hilton as the brand of choice for franchise partners.

Our work spanned all-day dining, bar, in-room amenities, delivery, retail and potential partnerships. The scope included in-depth competitor and market analysis, stakeholder consultation, strategy development and concept creation.
