Evolving the Jamie Oliver Restaurants concept portfolio
The Jamie Oliver Group appointed THINK Hospitality to undertake a strategic review and facilitate a range of workshops to define the future direction of the brand, it's portfolio of concepts strategy and concepts.
This work has ultimately led to the considerable expansion of the international business, moving away from a strategy focused around the exclusive franchise roll-out of Jamie's Italian to a more fluid and multi-concept model, including; Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Jamie Oliver's Pizzeria and Jamie Oliver's Diner, among others.
The business now boasts more than 75 sites with new market launches in Germany, considerable growth in India and a significant delivery kitchen partnership back on home soil in the UK.
