Puro Hotels is the leading lifestyle hotel operator in Poland with 7 hotels across Poland, with many more under construction domestically and internationally.

We were appointed by the group CEO to help define a strategy for the future, moving from the current model of individually branded restaurants and bars in each location to a group-wide model that allowed for greater focus on delivering fantastic hospitality in branded or systemised F&B spaces.

We worked extensively with the team to understand the current trading model and delivered a corporate strategy that would focus on three core concepts, two branded and one a systemised but individually branded concept, allowing for a local identity. A project ensued that looked to enhance each of the existing versions of these concepts, ahead of rolling and worked with operating teams to ensure the correct reporting and operating models were in place to enable success.

With unexpected delays due to the global pandemic, the business has began rolling out the agreed strategy with conversion of the first existing restaurant units.
