Hospitality Master Planning & Concept Development

Think Hospitality Consulting was engaged by DarGlobal to develop the food and beverage strategy and F&B masterplan for AIDA Oman, Muscat’s US$2.4bn flagship hospitality and real estate destination.

The work covered more than 21 F&B outlets across two hotels, a golf clubhouse, community centre and wider mixed-use resort, defining the role, positioning, guest occasion and commercial purpose of each space. Think Hospitality also created the restaurant and bar concepts for six of the F&B venues, translating the wider destination strategy into distinctive, experience-led hospitality propositions.

The scope included guest experience and operational advisory during the architectural planning stage, helping ensure the food and beverage offer was commercially viable, operationally considered and fully integrated into the wider resort, leisure and lifestyle destination experience.
