Think Hospitality Consulting was engaged by DarGlobal to develop the food and beverage strategy and F&B masterplan for its golf-led hospitality project at Wadi Safar in Riyadh.

 

The work covered the full F&B vision and mix across a hotel, restaurant precinct and golf clubhouse, defining the role, positioning, guest occasion and commercial purpose of each venue within the wider destination. Think Hospitality also concept developed five restaurant and bar venues, translating the overall hospitality vision into distinctive, experience-led propositions.

The scope included guest experience and operational advisory during the planning stage, helping ensure the food and beverage offer was commercially viable, operationally considered and fully integrated into the wider golf, leisure and lifestyle destination experience.
