A new industry report providing insight in to chef employment

This insight paper is a collaborative report between THINK Hospitality and The Staff Canteen, with a view to aid the hospitality industry better understand Chefs and their employment wants and needs.

In order to further understand the Chef shortage, THINK Hospitality surveyed over 500 Chefs at various levels and interviewed a panel of expert chefs to dive in to what chefs want from employment.
