Think Hospitality was pleased to spend time this week with students from EHL Hospitality Business School’s Master’s in Hospitality Management, Finance, Real Estate & Consulting track during their London visit.
The sessions were led by Heleri Rande and provided an opportunity to share industry experience and discuss how quickly hospitality is evolving, while also hearing how the next generation is already thinking differently about investment, operations, branding, wellness, mixed-use development and guest experience.
What stood out most was the students’ strong commercial mindset, combined with genuine curiosity about where hospitality is heading next. Conversations moved well beyond hotels alone and into the wider ecosystem of lifestyle, real estate, food and beverage and experiential design, reflecting the increasingly connected nature of the industry.
The visit also reinforced the importance of creating meaningful links between hospitality education and industry, particularly as the sector becomes broader, more multidisciplinary and more closely connected to real estate, placemaking, wellness and consumer experience.
Think Hospitality extends its thanks to EHL Hospitality Business School for organising another excellent programme and continuing to create valuable connections between the school and industry.
It was encouraging to see such thoughtful future leaders entering the sector.
