Eha is a new luxury wellness retreat on the remote island of Hiiumaa in Estonia. Rooted in nature and seasonal rhythm, it offers immersive multi-day programmes that blend movement, nourishment and rest, all shaped by Nordic and Estonian traditions. Set on a wild forested estate near the Baltic Sea, it is designed as a place of rare stillness and regenerative wellbeing.

 

Think Hospitality has been embedded in the project from its earliest stages, helping to shape the vision, proposition and operational model across every guest touchpoint. Our work has included strategy, brand positioning, experience development, food and wellness integration and sustainability planning, all aligned with the natural context of the site and the expectations of high-end wellness travellers.

We have worked closely with architectural, culinary and digital partners to ensure coherence, emotional clarity and commercial strength. This has guided everything from the seasonal retreat calendar and circadian rhythm spaces to the garden-led culinary offer and intentional arrival experience.

Launching in June 2026, Eha is positioned to become a leading wellness destination in Northern Europe, bringing together rooted care, conceptual boldness and operational depth.
