THINK Hospitality supported Emirates Leisure Retail in developing a comprehensive growth strategy, designed to strengthen the business across its global portfolio. The work focused on defining the organisation’s core competencies, mapping international consumer and hospitality trends and assessing future market opportunities.
As part of the strategy, we conducted a detailed evaluation of more than 100 global brands across coffee, casual dining, premium dining, grab-and-go and licensed concepts. Each brand was assessed for scalability, commercial viability and cultural fit across key target markets. From this, we developed a prioritised shortlist of potential partners with strong alignment to Emirates Leisure Retail’s long-term vision and operational model.
