Four Seasons Madrid

Strategic Repositioning for ISA Restaurant & Bar

THINK Hospitality were appointed by Four Seasons Hotel Madrid to redefine the strategy for ISA, an underperforming restaurant and bar within the flagship property. Despite its premium location and design, ISA was not achieving its commercial potential, nor delivering the level of guest experience expected within one of Spain’s most prestigious luxury hotels.

Working closely with the hotel leadership team, THINK Hospitality undertook a full strategic review encompassing concept evaluation, competitive benchmarking, guest journey mapping and revenue optimisation analysis. The aim was to refine the concept, elevate the guest experience and create a commercially resilient model aligned with Four Seasons brand standards.

The work included a reconception of the offer, improved positioning, menu refinement, operational alignment and an enhanced service and experience framework. Revenue optimisation tools and behavioural pricing principles were applied to support improved commercial outcomes.

Following implementation, ISA saw significant performance uplift. The venue earned recognition in the Michelin Guide and significantly improved its online guest ratings on both TripAdvisor and Google, signalling a transformed guest perception and strengthened market position.
