Hotel Asset Review

25hours-hotel-reception.jpg

THINK Hospitality partnered with global real estate company Hines to conduct a comprehensive asset review of the 25hours Indre-by property, assessing the best use of all food and beverage spaces, leisure zones, public areas and event venues. The objective was to determine optimal commercial and experiential applications across the asset, aligned with market dynamics, guest behaviour and revenue potential.

The project involved detailed market benchmarking, competitor analysis and trend evaluation across hospitality, mixed-use real estate, lifestyle hotels and destination F&B. THINK Hospitality developed a series of strategic options rooted in guest segmentation, footfall modelling and operational viability, ensuring each recommendation reflected both market opportunity and brand alignment.

A targeted soft engagement phase followed, supported by a confidential whisper campaign to gauge interest from potential F&B, leisure and event partners. This process helped identify credible operator interest, validate strategic directions and provide Hines with a structured view of partnership potential for the asset.
