Evolving the Jamie Oliver Restaurants Concept Portfolio

The Jamie Oliver Group appointed THINK Hospitality to conduct a strategic review and lead a series of facilitated workshops to define the future direction of the brand and its portfolio of concepts. The aim was to strengthen the strategic foundation of the business, diversify its proposition and unlock new global growth opportunities.

Through deep market analysis, brand diagnostics and collaborative development sessions, THINK Hospitality guided the transition from a single-concept international strategy centred on Jamie’s Italian to a more dynamic multi-concept model. This evolution introduced a suite of flexible formats designed to meet diverse market needs, including Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria and Jamie Oliver’s Diner, among others.

 

This strategic shift has enabled substantial international expansion. The business now operates more than 90 sites worldwide, with major new market entries in Germany, strong continued growth in India and a significant delivery kitchen partnership re-established in the UK. The refreshed portfolio provides a scalable, adaptable framework that supports long-term brand relevance and commercial success across a range of hospitality environments.
