With strong brand identity, a growing portfolio of sites and a distinctive dining style, the group has expanded internationally with its UK debut on London’s Tottenham Court Road.
THINK Hospitality were commissioned to support Tigermilk’s UK market entry, working closely with the founders to define the brand’s core DNA, refine its strategic positioning and adapt the concept to meet the expectations of London diners. The objective was to protect the essence of the brand while ensuring commercial viability and guest relevance in one of the world’s most competitive restaurant markets.
