F&B Strategy and Concept Development for Clubspaces

23-63-07-2-scaled.jpg

THINK Hospitality were appointed to create the food and beverage strategy for the new Clubspaces concept, designed to evolve the brand from a purely workspace proposition into a multi-dimensional hospitality experience. The objective was to enhance member value, elevate the quality of meeting and event environments and establish new revenue streams, all while remaining aligned with the organisation’s purpose-driven ethos.

The strategy centred on delivering high-impact hospitality components that integrate seamlessly with the workspace model. This included elevated meeting and collaboration spaces, premium event venues, a sophisticated and sustainable food offering, vibrant bar concepts, third wave coffee and curated private dining experiences. Each component was built to increase dwell time, improve member satisfaction and differentiate Clubspaces as a next-generation workplace destination.

The first Clubspaces venue, Eighteen in Birmingham, opened in October 2022, followed by The Orchard at Marble Arch in London in October 2023. With additional sites in development, THINK Hospitality continues to support the brand as it expands its footprint and refines its hospitality-led membership experience.
