Central Bay is launched at MediaCityUK

An exciting new development at Quayside MediaCityUK has been launched offering waterfront dining and drinking. The Central Bay complex incorporates full-service restaurants and bars as well as KargoMKT, a massive food hall bringing 20 different independent kitchens to the development.

Here at THINK Hospitality we supported the food, beverage and leisure master planning of this £3.5m transformational development for Peel L&P, working alongside architects Chapman Taylor.
