Think Hospitality partner, Heleri Rande has hosted and programme directed the content for Ideas/Flavours/Experiences, the Baltic hospitality event in Tallinn. The three-day event is hosted in conjunction with the White Guide and tourism authority, bringing together culinary professionals, hospitality entrepreneurs and producer from across Europe, designed to showcase the Baltics. The scope of work included bringing international journalists from Russia, Georgia, Scandinavia, the UK & France for a familiarisation tour of Estonia and programme directing the full day conference. Speakers included celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal and Swedish Michelin starred chef Niklas Ekstedt.
