Our managing director, James Hacon today delivered the keynote address at a new flagship restaurant event called Ideas, Flavours, Experiences in Tallinn, Estonia. The event is a partnership between many hospitality leaders across Estonia, Lithuania & Latvia. Other contributors to the event included Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr Lyan, founder of Dandelyan & Cub; Virginia Anne Newton of Restaurant Geranium, author Carla Capalbo, Argot Murelius of the White Guide & Icelandic chef Ragnar Eiriksson.
