James Hacon has been confirmed as the keynote at the Black and White Hospitality Annual Conference, to be held next month at Cadbury House Hotel outside Bristol.
James and the Think Hospitality team will be undertaking a series of mystery visits and desk research ahead of the conference, with the hour long presentation focusing on customer journey and sales driving initiatives, to inspire and inform both the franchisees and management team at Marco Pierre White Restaurants.
