Michael Ingemann helps The Melting Pot Foundation accelerate its growth

Michael Ingemann has temporarily stepped up his role as director in The Melting Pot Foundation as it builds out its social entrepreneurship focused cooking schools in Marrakesh and Cairo, following a substantial capital injection from the Danish Foreign Ministry and Plan International. The cooking schools and culinary accelerator programs aimed particularly at women and disadvantaged youths build on the experiences from Melting Pot’s South American programs, notably the Gustu Restaurant and the Manq’a schools in Bolivia and Columbia that have trained more than 6,000 students over the past decade, and whose alumni are behind five of the Latin American 50-Best restaurants.
