Congratulations to our friends, Lithuania-based Nordic Food Republic where Michael Ingemann, partner in Think, is also a partner and director. In September they opened restaurant Nineteen18, and last week – on 13th November – the restaurant was named no 2 in the Baltic region by the White Guide. Nineteen18 is located in Hotel Pacai, a new five-star hotel in the heart of Vilnius, and offers a modern chef’s interpretation of local Lithuanian and Baltic cuisine.
