Think Hospitality welcomes Marshall Dallas as Partner

We are excited to welcome Marshall C. Dallas to the Think Hospitality Consulting hospitality team as a partner.

We first met Marshall as a client at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), where he earned global recognition for transforming a struggling organisation into a world-renowned leader. Under his leadership, the EICC not only regained its financial stability but also set new standards for innovative partnerships and a strong commitment to sustainability in the global events industry.

Before this, Marshall built an extensive career in hospitality, holding senior management roles with prestigious global hotel brands, including Gleneagles Hotel, where he was instrumental in developing food and beverage concepts that resonated with evolving consumer preferences. He has successfully overseen multi-million-pound restaurant and event operations, leading high-performing teams and establishing strategic partnerships with top chefs, suppliers and industry innovators.

Marshall joins us at a crucial time, as we are experiencing unprecedented growth with over 25 active projects worldwide for major property developers, hotel brands, restaurant groups, retailers, venues, contract caterers, governments and investors, all focused on maximising opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Over our eight-year history, we have had the privilege of working with an impressive array of clients on numerous exciting projects.
