Think Hospitality investment, Chiktopia, has today announced Alistair Gordon as it’s Managing Director. Formally Operations Director at the Danish baker, Ole & Steen, Gordon will head up the new concept, bringing his wealth of experience he would bring from his period launching and growing Ole & Steen in the UK, and prior to that at Jamie's Italian and other leading restaurant concepts.
